About the Role

As an HR Specialist, you will be at the heart of our dynamic HR team, delivering crucial support to enable seamless people operations across TECHNIA. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a productive and thriving workplace environment.

• Provide expert HR support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data management.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions and career development workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Meriting Skills/Tools

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of employee benefits management.

The Process

Your journey with us will begin with an interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager, followed by a detailed discussion with the HR Manager. For selected candidates, we will conduct a final assessment round which includes a personality assessment and reference validation.
