About the role
As a Project Manager at TECHNIA, you’ll lead projects from start to finish—working closely with sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
You’ll play a central role in keeping teams motivated, managing client relationships, and making sure communication stays clear and consistent across all stakeholders. We're also looking for someone who brings fresh perspectives, contributes to improving how we work, and supports the development of fellow project managers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and drive projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring projects meet the client's business needs and by maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Own the project plan, aligning on necessary adjustments to ensure meeting client expectations
- Collaborate with the sales team in early phases of project development to provide input on Statements of Work (SOW) and other agreements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and correct allocation of project recourses
Requirements
- X years experience working as a Project Manager, leading business-critical IT projects (experience with PLM, ERP, or similar systems is highly meriting)
- Ability to build trust and foster collaboration both internally and with clients being capable of aligning priorities and managing expectations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Business acumen skills, with a focus on clear communication, alignment, and team motivation
- Experience working in consultancy environments, preferably using agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in verbal and written form
