Are you passionate about shaping complex systems through cutting-edge Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques? Do you thrive at the intersection of technical depth and customer impact? We’re seeking a skilled MBSE specialist to join our team and assist industry leaders across Aerospace, Automotive, and Defense in evolving their engineering practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on MBSE best practices using CATIA Magic / Cameo, SysML, and related frameworks
• Lead the adoption and implementation of MBSE methodologies across complex engineering projects
• Deliver tailormade, hands-on workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions
• Work closely with sales, product management, and cross-functional teams to align MBSE solutions with customer needs
• Stay ahead of the curve on MBSE trends, CATIA Magic updates, and systems architecture frameworks like DoDAF, MoDAF, and NAF

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or preferably Master's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering 
• 8+ years’ experience in a mixture of software engineering, systems engineering, and MBSE
• Hands-on experience with CATIA Magic (or Cameo) or a similar SysML modelling tool
• Strong command of MBSE methodologies and architectural frameworks
• Professional communication skills in English  – you know how to make complex ideas accessible for your audience
• Experience from a consultative or customer-facing role
• A background in industries like Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive is a big plus
