Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role:
As our Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales representatives with administrative tasks including new order processing, renewal management, customer quoting, and license key management. Additionally, you will provide crucial administrative support to directors and senior management, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer and visitor experiences.
As part of the role as Sales Operations Specialist, you will:
- Support the sales team with client communication and admin tasks
- Register and track sales opportunities
- Validate software pricing with DS/TECHNIA team
- Process sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product details
- Coordinate with customers to maintain high satisfaction
- Work closely with the global operations team
- Keep Salesforce records up to date
- Ensure timely processing of closed deals and invoicing
