Content of Work

As a Business Consultant at TECHNIA, your functional system expertise will be matched with a strategic and business-oriented mindset to drive commercial success. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative PLM solutions within the 3DXPERIENCE platform. You will lead technical discussions with customers and guide agile development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that provide real business value. Your ability to visualize solutions and your skills will be crucial in guiding customers on the optimal use of the 3DXPERIENCE solution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, translate customer requirements into concrete system specifications, and develop implementable solutions to complex business challenges

• Provide expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of the 3DXPERIENCE platform

• Challenge customer requirements and coach customers on how to get the best possible value from using the solution

• Build sustainable long-term relations and be a trusted advisor to our customers

• Conduct demos and concept visualization to explain the business value for customers

• Contribute to business transformation projects in close collaboration with various business stakeholders

Required competencies

• Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Previous experience (minimum 3 years) working with PLM (preferably 3DEXPERIENCE) and delivering end-to-end PLM solutions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage critical project deliverables and engage with key stakeholders

• Ability to advise and educate customers on PLM best practices and digital transformation

• Experience in managing customer expectations and driving customer success

• Excellent communication skills in Finish and English, both in verbal and written form

The position is placed at our office in Espoo, where we meet up 2-3 days a week. In addition to your salary, you also have a bonus model, health benefits and 6 weeks of vacation. In this role you will engage with diverse clients and projects across the Nordic region, contributing to the expansion of our global footprint.

You will primarily focus on the Finnish market but with exciting opportunities to collaborate on projects and customers across the wider Nordic region.
